Self-hosted project management tool, built as an open-source alternative to ClickUp for small teams that want full control over their own data — no external SaaS dependency — with a modern Linear/Huly-style interface.
In short
Every component (database, backend, frontend) runs in Docker containers on your own infrastructure, fully configurable via .env. Built in incremental phases: 19 phases planned, implemented and verified end-to-end one at a time, from the auth + Kanban board MVP up to automations.
Who it's for
Small technical or cross-functional teams who want to manage projects, sprints and tasks without relying on a third-party cloud service.
What it does
- Multi-project workspace with sub-projects, drag & drop Kanban board, List and Calendar views, filters
- Tasks with subtasks, checklists, dependencies, custom fields, milestones with progress, comments, activity log
- Team with granular roles (Owner/Admin/Member/read-only Viewer), realtime notifications via WebSocket
- GitHub/Gitea webhook integrations (issue → automatic task), documented public API (OpenAPI/Swagger) with Personal Access Token
- Project templates, JSON data export/import, per-task time tracking, "if X then Y" automations
- Command palette, keyboard shortcuts, guided onboarding, responsive mobile layout
